Shingles are normally made of asphalt and tar. Much like the tarmac on the roads, this combination of materials breaks down over time (normally about 30 years). Rubber roofs are also susceptible to cracking, weathering and dry rot. Metal roofs can oxidize and corrode in time.
We have all types of shingles, metal and rubber roofing for flatter roofs and the experience to install them right the first time.
If you would like a new roof put on a new house, we can do that too!
In the event that your roof is damaged by hail or falling tree limbs, your homeowner's insurance should cover most, if not all, of the cost to repair or replace it. Let us take care of the work to keep you and your belongings dry and safe.
